The issuing organization is seeking a vendor to provide advertising, marketing, and communication services in Tennessee. The selected firm will be expected to deliver a range of services, including development of advertising campaign themes and messaging, creation of print, broadcast, web-based, and mobile-based advertising, and execution of web-based marketing initiatives.
The scope also includes identifying key value statements, developing creative concepts that can be adapted across multiple media channels, and overseeing production from concept through completion, such as scripting, casting, filming, and editing for television spots. Additional responsibilities include providing campaign timelines and budgets, developing advertising strategies for traditional and emerging media, creating media plans, executing media buys, implementing social media campaigns, and measuring campaign effectiveness.
The contract term is one year. Questions are due by May 18, 2026, and a pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 27, 2026.
