DESCRIPTION


The agency is seeking a vendor to provide an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) system and comprehensive implementation services to support its water management and billing operations. The scope of work includes furnishing and installing new water and sewer meters, meter boxes and lids, AMI endpoints, as well as a fully functional data collection system comprising data collection units (DCUs), repeaters, and related network components with connectivity to backhaul networks. Portable devices for field operations are also required.

The selected vendor will deliver a complete AMI system software solution, including a Head End System (HES) that efficiently communicates with all system components to obtain meter readings and monitor overall AMI network performance.
