The government authority in Louisa, Virginia seeks a vendor to provide accident and illness insurance coverage for volunteer fire and rescue agencies. Coverage includes benefits such as accidental death and dismemberment with catastrophic loss up to $100,000, accident medical expense up to $500,000, partial disability, rehabilitative employment, death, medical expense, loss of life, cosmetic disfigurement, and vision impairment—all at specified coverage amounts.
