The agency seeks a vendor to provide services related to ACCESS scheduling and dispatching software, including a comprehensive remote review of the Trapeze PASS back-end configuration and end-user interface functions. The review is to cover system parameters, mapping configuration, software violation settings, costing weights, the Eligibility Module, Drivermate mobile application, PASS monitoring tools, MDT Server configuration, and end-user security settings and permissions.
The selected vendor will work with agency staff to remotely implement agreed-upon system settings and parameter changes identified through the technical review process to improve system performance and outcomes. The work also includes collecting, compiling, and reviewing relevant data from agency sources, system logs, configuration files, and other applicable sources to support the assessment.
In addition, the vendor will conduct an onsite visit to ACCESS facilities to evaluate end-user software knowledge, capabilities, roles, and functions. The vendor is expected to prepare a detailed technical memorandum documenting findings from both the remote and onsite reviews, along with prioritized short-term, mid-term, and long-term recommendations covering software configuration changes, workflow and procedure improvements, training opportunities, staff development, and overall system optimization strategies.
