The Army Contracting Command – Detroit Arsenal (ACC–DTA) is seeking innovative commercial technologies, products, and services to advance the modernization of the Army's Organic Industrial Base and ground vehicle systems. This Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) provides a streamlined and competitive process to identify, acquire, and implement cutting-edge advancements that enhance defense manufacturing capabilities and improve operational readiness.

ACC–DTA may leverage a variety of award instruments, including fixed-price contracts, fixed-price incentive fee contracts, commercial contracts under FAR Part 12, and non-FAR agreements such as transaction and cooperative agreements. The objective is to support the development, integration, demonstration, and sustainment of technologies that align with Army modernization priorities for ground vehicle systems.

This opportunity allows for rapid procurement and deployment of critical commercial innovations that can be swiftly integrated into defense manufacturing and ground system operations. The CSO may result in multi-phased award decisions for select proposals through 2028, with the possibility of extension.
