The ACC/A2, in alignment with the Air Force Intelligence Community (AF IC) mission, is issuing a Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) as authorized by 10 USC 3458 and R–DFARS 212.70. This opportunity enables the government to competitively award contracts for innovative commercial items, technologies, and services through a broad, agency-wide solicitation reviewed by subject–matter experts within the USAF. All submissions will be considered as commercial items, and proposals must explicitly justify how any Department of Defense (DoD) elements directly support IC mission objectives.

The primary goal of this CSO is to identify and acquire innovative solutions that advance efforts aligned with the Intelligence Community mission. Desired capabilities include, but are not limited to, AI–driven predictive analysis, Joint All–Domain Command and Control (JADC2) integration, advanced sensing technologies, and resilient cyber operations. The government seeks commercial partners capable of delivering secure, scalable, and state-of-the-art innovations that are ready for integration, security certification, and rapid deployment to counter current and future adversarial threats.
