The City of Summit, Department of Community Services – Division of Land Use, is soliciting qualification statements from firms or organizations to provide affordable housing planning services. The city intends to qualify firms that possess the professional, financial, and administrative capabilities to provide these services. The procurement process is subject to the New Jersey Local Unit Pay-to-Play Law and the Summit Pay to Play Ordinance 2-90. The city will approve proposals for projects on an as-needed basis.
