SUMMARY

DESCRIPTION

The 55th Contracting Squadron (55 CONS) is conducting a sources sought to identify qualified vendors for a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Cloud Service Provider (CSP) credits. This BPA is intended to support both US Government-designated regions and commercial regions that require cloud hosting capabilities.

Vendors must be able to provide CSP services that are capable of hosting up to Impact Level 6 (IL6) based on the Department of Defense (DoD) Cloud Computing Security Requirements Guide (SRG). Providers must be authorized to offer services in US Government-only regions with these security requirements. The agreement will be awarded as a competitive brand name requirement, with certification as an Amazon Web Services (AWS) reseller preferred, though alternate proposals that meet the stated characteristics will be considered.

Included services must enable payment and credit management on behalf of fully government-operated accounts. Interested vendors are requested to review the Statement of Need and submit their capabilities packages as specified.
